Grant Lyon has more than 20 years of distressed management experience and has been the financial advisor for numerous corporate restructuring engagements. Mr. Lyon’s skills and include but not limited to Out-of-court restructuring, Liquidation Trustee, Claims Analysis, Securities Valuation, Debtor in Possession Financing, Solvency Analysis and Litigation Support. Mr. Lyon is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Brigham Young University.
