Health and Dental Insurance

Our employees' health and their family's health are important. Medical and dental coverage is available through First Health to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. Employees are able to choose between either EPO or PPO plans to best fit their individual needs.

Vision Insurance

Vision insurance is offered to all full time employees through the VSP (Vision Service Plan) Network. Employees will become eligible after 90 days of employment. Vision insurance will be independent of your participation in our health and dental plan.

401k Plan

Mesa Air Group and its subsidiaries offer employees an option for saving for their future through a 401k retirement plan. Employees 21 years of age or older and working a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in the 401k plan after 90 days of employment. Mesa will make a matching contribution on a discretionary basis once the employee reaches their 1 year anniversary date.

Long Term Disability Insurance (LTD)

Long Term Disability is provided for all active employees working a minimum of 35 hours a week. Coverage is currently 40% of the employee's monthly earnings up to a maximum of $1500. Employees have the option to purchase upgrade to their plan to 50% coverage.

Life Insurance

Basic life insurance in the amount of $10,000 is provided to all employees. Full time employees can purchase additional term life insurance up to 5 times their annual salary to a maximum of $290,000.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Mesa Air Group and its subsiduaries offer employees participation in flexible spending accounts to help cover the high costs associated with dependant care and/or health care. Employees are able to put aside pre-tax dollars into their account through convenient payroll deductions up to $5000 per calendar year.

Travel Benefits

Employees become eligible for flight benefits in accordance with agreements negotiated with the Company's code share partners. In addition spouses, eligible dependent children, and parents of employees may be eligible as well for flight benefits. Employees will also be eligible for additional travel discounts with various hotels, cruise lines and car rental companies.

Attendance Incentive

In the airline industry, attendance and punctuality are critical to the success of the organization. To reward and acknowledge employees' that have maintained perfect attendance and punctuality, Mesa has created incentive drawings and rewards. In the past, grand prize winners have received new cars.
